It contains a beautiful picture gallery, and a perfectly wonderful sculpture gallery. Here there are small copies of famous works and great statues of heroic size. There is a dear model of the Acropolis at Athens, about 6 x 3 feet. Even the little trees are represented. These galleries are in the wing which you see at the right of the front door. My teachers are Miss Foss and Miss McKensie. Miss McKensie is very young; she was graduated about two years ago. At the left of the picture you can see a little of Shattuck hall, the science building. At the other edge, just below the leaves of the farthest tree, appears a little part of the library. The Art building faces the west. In front is College Street on which is also the great gate to the college."
