Hi,

Boy what a wonderful place this is. There is always alot of free time and alot of work time too. The only trouble is that there is not always something to do. The recreation is not very well planed. [sic]

I am in a room with a boy from Earlville N.Y. who is really a nice guy. I have come to know alot of kids and the instructors are wonderful.

There are alot of things I want up here that I can't think of them all. One thing would send my electric razor up here. I have already cut myself three times with that old straight razor & I am not going to use it anymore. Also could you send the following records. These are only the little 45 R.P.M. records. They are two Salt City Five albums, Jammin at Condon's, two Louis Armstrong albums, Dixieland Classics. Sorta Dixie, Tommy Dorsey album & I guess thats about all. Send them as soon as you cand. I will write later about what I need on clothes. I have all already sent my pink shirt to the laundry so I can wear it around here.

I have signed up for the bowling league and I bowl tomorrow night. So far I have gotten my score up to 130 which isn't bad on these alleys. Well, its [sic] 7 A.M. and I have a date to play pool with that kid from Troy.

Love
Tom
