My dear Miss Baker,

I do not know as this letter will interest you, but not knowing just who it will interest I am going to write several and you may reply or not as you feel disposed.

As is the case in mens' colleges I believe there are also a number in the womens' colleges who might like to take up something for vacation to help defray expenses or perhaps for a little extra pin money.

I have some pleasant and profitable employment to offer you for a part or all of the summer vacation and if you are interested I wish you would write me before you decide on anything for vacation.

Very sincerely yours,
Carolyn A. Long
