A Letter Written on Nov 22, 1902

Templeton, Nov. 22, 1902.

Dear Lucy,

I will write a line to say we think you better get off at Otter River when you come home Tuesday night. It will be so dark for you to be walking round alone there in Athol, that we shall all feel better not to have you stop there. Carrie says she will meet you there. We shall expect you that way unless we hear from you.

I have been boiling down cider and you can have some new cider when you come. If any thing happens to prevent Carrie's meeting you you will be all right in the station there.

Hastily, with love,
Mama.
