A Letter Written on Sep 13, 1907

My dear Miss Baker,

I was more sorry than I can tell you on hearing today from Miss Lord of the sorrow and trouble you found at home on your return. I am very very sorry for you and wish I might say something in comfort. My mother is so dear to me that I can imagine what the loss of one's mother must mean.

I enjoyed knowing you so much that I hope we shall meet again some time. Until then I trust you will believe me, in my sympathy and regard,

Most sincerely yours,
Ida May Breen.
