Providence
Friday morningMargaret Dear
Where shall I direct to you? I think that today will see you move to the infirmary if you have not gone before. So there I'll find you. And arnt [sic] we glad of a bright clear morning! Rhode Island has been rather bad to us in way of weather. But we've got along nicely, and now sit with our umbrellas wound up, suitcases packed & shut with rubbers inside, ready to take car for the church.
We have been kindly & comfortably taken care of for nights & breakfasts by a good Conglist sister in a pleasant home. And Walter - hasn't he just made himself host to the two of us with all his might! I'd just love to tell you how nice he has been, only now I havnt [sic] time.
Walter is coming to the church after us at 11.30 to take 12-5 train for Worcester, and get home 4-9.
I had postal from Father last night after he had been to see you.
Dearie, I hope you are all right, and go safely along the next stage.
Coz Lillie sends love and so does Aunt Hattie
