Dear Allan & Family

At Margaret's direction I am sending you her check, [no longer with the letter] and in an envelope taken from her desk. It is the morning of Commencement Day, and everybody is glad to see the sun almost a-shining, after the two days of clouds & rain.

I'm having a very good time indeed, and like to play being a member of class of 79. 16 of the class are here, and they take m in very sweetly.

Margaret's room is delightful, and I am very happy to be in it. You will all be glad in being together this afternoon and for the coming days. I send you my love.

Also I will put in for Margaret these names of girls who have called at her room and were sorry not to see her.

Your
Aunt Hattie
