Mt. Holyoke College

Dear Exits,
Tomorrow evening the choral club assisted by several imported singers gives us a concert so your letter must be written some other time. Work is going on about as usual and doesn't promise to get any lighter until June sixteen or so.
I believe that I have not reported that Miss Wooley [sic] and the trustees have induced Mrs. Mead to stay until January so as to give Miss Wooley [sic] time to recreate and visit other colleges. Mrs. Mead didn't want to give up her own plans but has at least done so. Cant say whether they will put off her dinner or not.
Wonder if Charles is still in Chevy Chase. Am thinking something now of having a light spring and fall gown instead of the white muslin and having Mrs Cork make it entire. May settle down or something sometime.
It has been snowing all the afternoon a regular soft fuzzy sugar snow and what will the robins do poor things. Yesterday I saw robins bluebirds song sparrows and tree sparrows. The purple finches have been around for some time. They must feel a little bedraggled tonight.
Rev. Olson of Warren preached. He spoke on perverting the gospel. The S.S. had a recess with lantern pictures which I attended.
Here is my caller of long standing and I must close[.] Hope the call wont be too long[.]
Good Bye -
