Gift Suggestions for the Zoological Laboratories.

Gifts may be specifically designated. Such gifts may be marked with a plate bearing the name of the donor, or group of donors. When laboratories or class rooms are furnished by persons, groups of persons, or classes, they may be named by these donors. Such gifts are classified under "building fund" but the particular object or room should also be specifically written on the slip. The following is a list of suggestions. Copies of this may be secured at the information bureau. Inquiries concerning details of needs should be sent to A. H. Morgan, Zoology Department, College.

Alumnae zoological laboratory.

It is hoped, that this room may be furnished by 305s from alumnae who wish their contributions to go toward Dr. Clapp's work. Such alumnae should specify, alumnae zoological laboratory after building fund, on their slips. The room will be used for the introductory and general course. All pictures, portraits, etc., in the room will be of Mount Holyoke alumnae distinguished in biological work, or specimens of various types of zoological work which has been done by alumnae. This collection is already started and may be seen on the second floor, of the Temporary Science Building.

Cornelia M. Clapp Zoological Museum.

The Cornelia M. Clapp Museum will be a teaching collection of specimens, models and pictures illustrating animal life and its relation to human life. This material will be grouped in glass cases similar to those in well known museums. These cases will be inscribed with the name of donor unless it is otherwise specified.

Rosabel Miller Embryological Laboratory.

In memory of Rosabel Miller, Mount Holyoke College 1917. She was a keen, eager student and a generous giver of her energy and of her ability. In September 1918 she entered the nurses training hoping to be of service in the war. She died of influenza in October of the same year.
