A Letter Written on Dec 2, 1954

Thursday eve

Dear Patty

Will write you a line or two. We arrived home safe, we. stop [sic] at New York for a couple of hours, we left New York I think at 7.30 P.M. Patty you have a very nice College I enjoyed every in [sic] of it. And I like all of your girl friends too. Would of like to of meet [sic] some of your teachers but it dont [sic] matter. Just so you get along alright and like them. It clearned off, it was beautifull [sic] in New York and the stores where beautifull [sic] and the light coming home look [sic] at New York & New Jersey where beautifull. [sic] We had rain and snow hear [sic] today[.] It snowed a good bit but did not lay. Now take care of your self and dont [sic] take cold, for their [sic] is a lot going around[.]

Well I guess I have to say good-night for I want to mail this & eat and go to the store yet tonight[.] So good by and may God bless you.
