Dear Patty
I am trying to write you a line or two, before we go to the store[.] I have been very busy last night I was out to a supper for Mr & Mrs Sitler all the girls of the store and we had a wonnderful [sic] time at the Dutch club we had wonnderful [sic] eats, and musicc [sic] and we could of [sic] danced, but Did [sic] not. We[ll] the time is flying to come home I am home sick to see you. It is very nice Indy is coming along for company. Now take care of yourself and dont [sic] get sick. It is getting very cold hear [sic] and we are having lots of rain and just a little of snow know [sic] and then. Don't get down to the stores very much don't have time only get 1. hr. at lunch. So the time flies so fast. I just cant [sic] get Bertie to write you. Well I guess I have to bring this to a close[.] So I have to say good-bye and May God bless you.
