A Letter Written on Oct 2, 1956

Tuesday eve.

Dear Patty:-

Please forgive me for not writing sooner, but I have been very busy sewing, trying to get it all done. I went down to work at Davids [sic] store this afternoon to work. [sic] Don't know how long I will stay it [is] no steady job. I should say work, she still wants one to fit, but I say (No.)

Glad to hear you like all your studies I hope you dont [sic] have to work so hard this year take it slow. Kim is hear [sic] playing with a piece of candy paper. And your Dad is in the celer [sic] working and Mother went some where. So we are all busy. Glad to hear the play is coming along (O.K.) Where [sic] out to Mary Horn Sunday and they are going to have more kittens. The cat are having them all the time. She said even from the same litter than [sic] Kim came from are going to have some. So well cant [sic] let Kim out to[o] much if that [is] the case. Well I guess I have wrote enough for this time as I want to make a Phome [sic] call and do a little sewing yet to night.
