Sunday afternoon
Dear Patty:
Well I guess you are hard at work by know. [sic] I am only working part time know. [sic] But I want to do something at home if I can I have a lot to do if I get it done. Your Dad was home from work the rest of last week with an awfull [sic] cold and he still has it he. [sic] has it in the throat know [sic], he was up for dinner. Mother went to. [sic] Rhods [?] to-day with Hipples your dad was afraid to go along. I had a tooth pull[ed] Sat. one of my back ones had been giving me trouble, so it [is] better out. Sent you your laundry box Sat you ought to get it by Monday you can send it back with your dirty wash in and then we can do it and send it on but did not send you your dresses yet but will try and get them off this week. It has been very cold hear [sic] this week, but no Snow [sic] I guess you have some up their. [sic] They say we are to have some to-night but I hope it don't snow till your mother & the Hipples get home. to-night it will be late.
