A Letter Written on Feb 13, 1957

Wed eve.

Dear Patty:

I have been working every day this week. Did not have time to get you a valentine card. for give [sic] me this time. Mother was hear [sic] putting up my hair. We are getting a lot of dresses in for spring and some of then [sic] are very pretty. How did you like the two shirt[s] I got you. Did you get your ring yet. Well hear [sic] it [is] Thursday morning will try and finish it before going to work. I dont [sic] believe it [is] as cold out to-day. I guess you will soon be getting ready for your spring festibule. [sic] I believe it it [sic] March or April I forget. Dad was developing your pictures last-night but their [sic] is some no good he said. There is a fue [sic] he will get out. To[o] bad they all wheren't [sic] all good but that [is] the way it goes and can't have the very best in all, and have every thing allways [sic] to turn out right all the time. That is life as we go threw [sic] it.

Mother got a invation [sic] to Carlions Mackision [sic] wed[d]ing she said. I guess she [will] have a big afair. [sic] Well I guess this is all for this time so I have to say good by and May God bless you
