Dear Patty
Will write to you a line or so, have been very busy. I guess you are very busy too. Congratulation[s] on you[r] new Chairman for next year. It just goes to show you never know how thing[s] may turn out. So keep your fingers cross[ed] and I think thing[s] [will] turn out alright[.] Mother & Dad are very busy geting [sic] the kitchen done Dad was off to day so I guess he was very busy try[ing] to get [it] done. It certainly is cold hear [sic] it seams [sic] as if it cant [sic] get warm[.] It snowed some hear [sic] this morning & then turned to rain. But I guess you are having about the same weather. Hope it wont [sic] be long till I see you take care of yourself and dont [sic] take any cold for this is the time of weather to take then [sic]. Is their [sic] any think [sic] you want us to bring you when we come. If their [sic] is write and tell us in time. Well I guess supper is almost done so I have to go and eat[.] So I have to say good by for this time and may God bless you.
