Dear Pat:

I so much wish that you could be a part of our Cann-Edi-On staff. As I suggested to you, our budget is small and in order not to be too far out of line with the other counselors, we cannot meet the salary you desire. Could you possibly consider $125. for the season?

I might remind you that the season is short, ending on August 7th. Is there any possibility of finding part time work after that time?

It would be a pleasure to have you at camp and I sincerely hope you can consider a lower salary.
