A Letter Written on May 22, 1956

Tuesday morning

Dear Patty

Hear [sic] I go again putting off writing to you till Tuesday morning but Have been so busy. Cleaned my bed room yesterday had the plumber to put in new pipes in the celer. [sic] Well I guess your examinations are soon over by now and then you can get ready too [sic] come home. I hope you made out good in all. Thanks for the mother day gift they are beautifull. [sic] Mother told me you called the other night we were talking not so long before you[r] call and then I went to bed and she (mother) call[ed] me back and told me you had called. Sorry to hear you have had a bad cold. Hope it [is] allright [sic] by now[.] Take good care of your self.

Was talking to Mr Sivers & he said Phila would not be home till around the 20th of June so his College does not close so soon they were out last week. sunday [sic] aweek [sic] ago to see him. Harold Kohm was hear [sic] last Monday night for a little while and he said he [is] coming down to see you this Summer. he [sic] is as big as Sidney. Well I guess it [is] time for me to go to work so I have to say good bye and May God bless you
