Paris, Aug. 25. It was so good to get your letter here, forwarded from Zurich. I hope you can stay in Phillips, but just let me know in So. Hadley about Sept. 9 where you are! I shall have to go to Boston about Flora's affairs before college opens and might go to Nashua just for a night. But I hope you'll be in Maine. We sail in less than a week, alas.
