Union, Conn.

Dear Susie,-

Your two letters came yesterday as father went after the mail. I am sorry we did not get it Sunday for father went to Southbridge Monday and could have got the money just as well as not. However he is going again today and will get you some. Mrs. Thayer has just come over to borrow some tallow and father is going away very soon so I have not time to write any more.

Lovingly
Mary E. Lawson
