A Letter from Lester Russell
to Carrie Gowing
Jun 28, 1906

West Derry N.H.
June 28, 1906.

Dear friend Carrie, -

I can imagine how difficult it would be for you to come to Derry on the eight o'clock train. Miss Hunt has sent out the postals, to meet at eight o'clock. But I think you three ladies better come over to the pavilion, i. e. take the electrics over to the pavilion, and I will meet you there with a boat, and row you across, to the grove.

Hoping you will excuse this very hastily written note I remain your friend,
Lester Russell.
P. S. There will be a car at the station which will carry you to the pavilion, and I think it reaches there about 10.30.
