Wed. 1 P.M.Dearest Darling:-
Am I thrilled! Is'nt it wonderful to know you made good? I knew you would! You are so wonderful honey, and I love you more & more each day. It is such a satisfaction to know that at last you have reached NY. or should I say left Bing.
Am going to get prices on moving, storing, etc. It will all depend on what you want. Would you be happy without your home, to room all the time? Do you think we better store our things until we know definitely how we want to live. Is'nt it exciting?
Am going to have the day bed fixed, even tho' I don't move it, but we don't want to buy furniture. O! dear! You make some suggestions.
Jane thinks we should be here for Xmas. What do you think They won't have us to pick on, will they dearie. Of course I suppose I will have to go to Owego to see about things once in a while, but if I do it will come out of the Estate.
Why don't you look around a bit if you ever have time and see what rooms rent for?
O, my darling, I loved that "green" present. You dear tho'tful girl! I have already been using it. Anthony tried to get me to "opie opie" in the Arlington, but waited until I reached home, all by myself. Thank you so much, dearie.
The flowers are booo'ful by your picture. They enhance your beauty dear. Is it possible? Wish they would'nt wilt. Better yet, I wish you had them with you.
Thank you again for the checks. Am going to Bank now and to do business for Estate. Have to get the Tax Waiver, Letter's Testamentary and Certified copy of will, over. They could'nt ask for any more.
Will have a bit overtown and then am going to see "Metropolitan" wish you were going with me. The sun is shining. I'm feeling good. Your [sic] happy, and "Aint it a grand and glorious feeling"?
Just think you have been gone two wks. and over. Time just flies. Does it seem possible?
Will ask you more questions next time.
All my love and billions of kisses
"Muddy-Muddy"Will ans. your train letter later. HA-HA.
