Dearest darling Jeannettekins:-

I'se naughty again!

Was surely going to write last night in answer to your darling letter, but by the time I had my supper etc. went to bed and read. I'm sorry, dearie, but you will forgive me again, I know.

Your proofs were late in coming but I am not very keen about them. Wish we had gone to Buckley. His studio burned the other night so we would have been out of luck there.

Were your flowers really nice? Ordered them thru Neal's, but never again. I like Barnes best.

Was over to Marj.'s Tues. night for supper. She came over to shop and I walked over (no) she was over yesterday with Billy. The day before I went over to take Billys [sic] P.J's he left in Owego. Marj. seemed so glad to have me over. It was raining and a horrid day. Anthony is on the hill afternoons now, and has every other night off.

Alberta's Bridge was a huge success, I should say. You must have had a nice visit with Alberta.

Am sending your gloves as soon as Miss Hosten [?] delivers them. Are you needing them soon?

The cleaners sent your dresses yesterday. They looked very nice I tho't.

Am going to see "City Lights" with Cecile to-night[.] Think I should see that. Don't you?

This weather makes me very uneasy. I have the wanderlust, but that's all the good it does me. You better put me in a cage after June. Biz 'oo worried?

Have'nt seen Mr Kraft for several days. Mrs. Caldwell was in yesterday. She was apartment hunting, but has'nt found anything.

You will soon be cramming. Do your best to get plenty of fresh air this weather, and keep fit. It must be beautiful up there, now. Give my love to Irene and girls, and keep most for yourself.

Billions of kisses
from
Muddikins.
