My darling little Alumni ? :-

Does'nt it seem strange to be writing you at Mt. Holyoke? I am so happy to think you could go, and am thrilly all over.

Rec'd your card yesterday about four P.M. and to-day my birthday greeting. Thank you so much dearie.

Stayed with Marj. since you left and she has been so nice to me. Puts up my lunch in the morning. I was pretty tired (but am getting rested.[)]

Phew, but it's hot! Business is quiet but I don't care. Am getting reckless. Gretchen has been in all P.M. And I am just hurrying this note. You don't mind.

No news dearie!

Have you nearly melted? Have a good time and make the most of your opportunity.

Please excuse this scrawl. Give my love to all the girls. Have the best time ever.

Oodles of love and billions of kisses
from
Muddikins.

P.S. Am fixing that waist for Miss Hempstead. Was over to house this morning. Looks quite forsaken.

"Auf Wiedersehen".
