A Letter Written on Nov 29, 1923

Merry Christmas to you, dear Miss Turner, if I'm not too late. I hope soon to write you the long letter that has been simmering in my mind for months. Your card from Monadnock was most tempting. If I have any money in 1926 could you spare a few days in the summer?

I'm celebrating Thanksgiving in bed with the flu. Hope to be out again on Saturday. A mild form is all about Madras now.

Best wishes for 1924 and much love, from

Eleanor.
