Dear little Girl:-
Sent your dresses to-day - parcel post insured. They will need repressing - I am sure - for the box was packed in the heat - but at least you have them and they are clean - and I mended a few little rips. So glad that you are coming home on Friday. Wish it was Wednesday - for we are having Mr. Marion for dinner on Thursday and I feel lost without you.
Go to Dentist's to-morrow. Will leave your blue silk muffler to be cleaned at Howards. Have not ordered note paper yet - as cash is scarce - but sent you - some of the French notepaper to write to us on. and will order the other just as soon as able. Up to our eyes - in work - quarterly conf. on Thursday and New York East Conf. May 15 - at Hancom Place Church.
Papa saw Mr. Berger to-day - and he says he thinks he may be able to give you a job at the Savings Bank. Papa is going to the other bank too. Papa is ready to go - to stamp club.
Good-night. Lots of love
Mamma.
