My wee wee Lassie;-

After you rushed off towards Pearson's, I was standing alongside the car, chatting with Mama (having completed "toting" your impedimenta into Safford) - when the Flandreans appeared alongside us. They said that Audrey had just left them. So, we had quite a conversation. I paid the $35. in the Comptroller's Office. We ate in Beckmann's. Got home 1240 A.M.

Yesterday I talked to the Rotarians at the Elton. Had a big time. Last evening went to Epworth League meeting. Rather dumb!

Today we went to Devereaux's. Mama got ordered some shields for you. Your letter arrived this morning. We were delighted to hear from you so soon.

We have found a cushion on your chair, which we shall send speedily. I mailed you 30 lbs of books in 2 packages.
