12:30 P.M.Dear Bessie,
Just a few lines, in regard to Fri. night, the fellow I was planning to bring with me is a wild life major and they are having a deer drive tomorrow, to get the cen[s]us & I guess they are to supervise a CCC camp which are rendering their aid. So I asked another Pal from Conn. & he has to work in the store Fri. at the Hort. show; the only time he as to work & he picked that because he didn't think anything was going on. But I do know a lad that is going over the Mt. he has a date already so maybe we will run into him over there.
Well I close because I still have a chapter to read in genetics, & these blame chapter[s] are not any too short. So until tomorrow night
I'll be Signing Off
HowardPlease excuse the wonderful hand writting [sic] I've formed a habit of taking down notes in a hurry & cop[y]ing them over later so now I can't even write so another person can read my writing.
