Dear little Girl: Just a line. - I forgot to say in my letter last evening that I thought it was a nice idea to invite Dan. Papa saw him at the Stamp Club last night - but only for a few minutes - and then not to speak to - as Dan left early. I would invite him quite a ways ahead as I imagine - he has to make his plans ahead. Been busy all day. Papa and I went to see Ronald Colman in "My Life with Caroline" - with Anna Lee. It was very poor - all right if you didn't pay for it -, a sophisticated farce - with the sophistication - cut out by the censors. Also saw "Information Please" with Anna Neagle as guest and she didn't shine. The best of everything was a picture of a St. Bernard dog - with her 8 little puppies.

It was bitter cold here to-night - we had a heavy thunderstorm last night about 3 A.M. and then the thermometer began to drop.

Will close now - and "retire". Doesn't seem possible that we are getting ready to send out the Thanksgiving envelopes. Papa has gone out to warm up the motor. To-morrow he is going to put "Oakite" in the radiator - and clean it out - that is run the car for about an hour - then drain it - and it will be ready to have the alcohol - put in. Strange weather - very unseasonable. The motor has stopped so Papa will soon be here to post this letter.

Good-night with
all our love
Mamma.

P.S. For my Birthday if I am not too bold, I would like another bottle of Yardley's Jasmine. I like it better than any other perfume I have had. M.
