Dear little Girl:- We have been listening to the Radio - and before I go to bed - I take my pen in hand. The Sunday-School Committee - were so pleased with the Santa Claus - that they had last year - that Mr. Long has asked Papa to ask you - if you will be willing to do it again - If you do - I hope that this year I will be able to see you myself - Have been busy all day - Papa's car thawed out - O.K. and he was out all day - busy too. The Warn-news has taken precedence over everything else - and Connecticut is getting her lessons - in bombs etc. I am so excited about your coming home - that I can think of little else.
Am glad that you escaped one blue-book - Those postals are certainly welcome. Brownie came over and asked to go to the Bath Room. He and Andrewsia - both go out now every night - just before we go to bed.
Will close now - love from the Quartette - Simon also sends love.
Good-night -
Mamma. P.S. Will you find out when - the Glee Club will broadcast? and on what station -
