The Methodist Episcopal Church
Naugatuck, Connecticut
Rev. Wayne White, Minister
15 Frederick StreetMy own Sweet Child;-
I am inditing this epistle in the Post Office in Waterbury. I have 45 minutes to wait for the connecting train to Naugatuck - and so I am making use of the envelop that I had all ready in my brief case, awaiting this opportunity. By the way, Waterbury is well coated with snow and ice.
I certainly enjoyed the four hours that I spent with my Offspring today. Your room looks beautiful. Of course the College is always fascinating to Mama or me.
Don't worry about the history. Just bear in mind that it is simply a matter of hitting the "Open Sesame!" - and that you are going to hit it. I was pleased to hear Miss Hussey say practically the same thing. You know that you know - and I know that you know - and gradually it is dawning upon Miss T. that you know. So keep calm and follow directions.
With lotions of love from your doting
