My dear Miss Turner:

Miss O'neill [sic] is at Rockport, Mass, for a vacation. Her address is co Mrs. Holbrook, Norwoods Ave. It would add greatly to her pleasure if you would send her a few of your cheerful words, so much appreciated by your devoted

W. T. P.

[No postmark and no year in the header to help date this letter. The only other letters that mention Miss O'Neill are dated 1918 and 1919, and there was correspondence with Porter in March of 1919, so I'm just guessing that they might be corresponding in the summer as well.]
