A Letter Written on Jun 12, 1906

June 12, 1906

Hallo Sister are you sleepy this morning. Just think down on earth a short while and imagine me being initiated into the way of a farm, "the farm" and sometime my farm. My but that sounds queer.

Oh honey I am so happy in more ways than one too. When I crawled in with my Mother Stetson this morning at six o'clock I learned some things. Principly [sic] that Mother Stetson "knows." That means a lot to me I can tell you for I certainly wanted her to know yet I just didn't dare tell her. I thought it was you I had to thank for doing that but I found out it was the boy himself. Really and truly I am a happy girl and I fear I don't half appreciate my good fortune. That dear Mother of yours did say so many nice things this morning about dear Billie. What do you suppose Bloss and I will be doing when you get this. I should like to know now.

I am called to breakfast so much run, run, run. and you will be having such a good time there will be no time for letters.

I love you lots honey.
Gwen.
