A Letter written around Oct 31, 1917

801 E. Huron Street,
Ann Arbor. Michigan.

My dear Miss Turner:-

Your must not count this as a regular letter to you. I have a blue book to-morrow morning, so I have just a few minutes to ask you for something. Do you remember that little pamphlet on Chinese Food? If you still have it, I wonder it would be possible for me to have it for sometime. I shall be very careful with it and return you in good condition.

My second year's work consists of five hours of laboratory recitations, twelve hours on lecture & recitations in Physiology, Phy. Chemistry and Pathology and twenty four hours of laboratory work in Chemistry. My work keep[s] me preety [sic] busy. The second year's work is easier than the first year. I am getting along nicely, except in physiology. My physiology professor is too old, we do not know how to study for his course. We can not get very much out of that course. We call this course "Sophomore Medicine." I expect to take this course again in Chicago University for my own benefit.

I am just as well as I can be. I will write to you as soon as I get a chance. With much love.

Yours lovingly.
Me-iung Ting.
