A Letter written on Dec 26, 1921

Dec. 26, 1921.

My dear Miss Turner:-

I thank you for your Christmas greetings. Last Thursday I made a flying trip to New York City. Dr. Giddings, the resident physician of Willard Parker Hospital was away. His assistant said that he could grant me a shorter service. He was very nice about it. Recently I had two good offers, one is an internship at Philadelphia General Hospital, & other at Philadelphia Municipal Hospital. As I have made my plan to go to New York City, I prefer to go by my original plan.

I hope that you could come to New York City this winter. I am planning to sail in April, 1922.

With much love.
M. I. Ting.
