Portraits of Psi Omega sorority members, 1905-1908

History

This group of 14 studio portraits came together. They all appear to be members of the Mount Holyoke chapter of Psi Omega between 1905 and 1908. One is addressed to Avis, but there were two students named Avis in Psi Omega in 1908. Nine of the portraits are inscribed with a name and the Psi Omega emblem, but five of them are not. One of the anonymous five has the identical portrait as her yearbook portrait, so her identity can be confirmed. The other four are only tentatively identified.
