The V-8's of Mount Holyoke College (December 1980)

I have no image for this one; this was a cassette recording made by the V-8s and shared with me by Caroline Foty '80. She writes, "I was going through some old tapes to digitize them, and I came across a V-8s tape that was made I think around 1980-81 - It can't be much later than that because I was a V-8 spring term of 1980 and I sang just about every single one of these, but I think I was sent the tape after I had graduated. My guess is fall of 1980 or spring of 1981." Later, she added: "I have the names of the soloists written on a sheet of paper in the box. On the cassette edge it's stamped in black ink '12/80' which is pretty much what I thought. I remember that the arrangement of Somewhere over the Rainbow was new in spring of 1980 because someone in the group did it as a graduation present for Jane. It was her favorite song."
