- inside A small leather banner that says "'05-'08" on it. It was inside this dance card when I purchased the scrapbook, but I am not sure whether it originally came this way or whether someone else just put it inside there at some point in the past, because it is not attached to the dance card.
- back Dances with Mary Davis, Ella Mae Cope, Ruth Boyden, Julia Adams, Louise Seymour, Lula Roberts, Edith Smith, and Edith Damon.

- front Shield has Pegasus and "Mt Holyoke '06" on it. Gowing's name is in the top left corner. List of six dances: "1. Two step 2. Walz 3. Two step 4. Walz 5. Two step 6. Walz" ("Waltz" is misspelled each time.) And at the bottom: "Oct. 25, 1904 gymnasium"
