Although Lillian didn't sign the card, I feel she must have sent it because she addressed the card to the address she would live at herself in 1937. Lillian Maclay was listed as living in 45 Pearsons in the 1905-06 MHC directory - not exactly a porch view of Old Rockefeller from most rooms. I'll have to see if I can find a map of the room layout of Pearsons to see if room 45 was on the south side, and on an upper floor.
