Dear Father
We arrived here safe and sound, found Miss Johnson & Miss Curtis teachers, on the way, and quite a number of new scholars. Mr. Lanni [?] looked out for us, and was very attentive, & so was that other gentleman. If we had you to the V. S. Hotel, last night we should have found company, we old scholars, & other new ones, & they came on in the train with us, but were in another car. Can't stop to write more. Have not seen Mrs. Condit yet.
