"Dear Marion This is a very late apology for keeping your prose book so long When I came up here last fall I left it with mother to give to Dorothy Bullard to give to you if Dorothy came over to the house but Dorothy never happened to come. & so when I went home Thanksgiving I found your book calmly reposing on the table so I gave it to Dorothy & I hope by this time she has returned it to you I thank you very much for letting me take it. "This is my new home - my room is on the 2nd floor, right above the balcony - the room with the light on inside. Fortunately, there's no snow outside right now! Having a good time. Beverly PS.
